Charlotte has been my manager at Wessex Cancer Trust for the duration of my time at the charity. She has the ability to bring the very best out in people, her warmth, compassion, energy and kindness make her someone that you want to be around and to perform well for. This, coupled with her professionalism, knowledge of the third sector, decision making, efficiency, management style and organisational skills makes her the most perfect line manager and colleague. She nurtures and builds such wonderful relationships and really makes a difference to so many people that she comes into contact with, from volunteers, to supporters, to corporate contacts and visitors to the centre. Her leadership skills are relentlessly upbeat, honest, fair and inspiring, an unforgettable manager, person and human being in general.
