Chad is a supportive colleague and also a forward thinking individual who looks out for both coworkers and the organization. He relates well with those he works with and first strives to understand their needs before moving to discuss instructional technologies. He holds high standards and will never advocate for an inferior technology. Chad is the person I go to when I need to think through issues that call for organizational change or implementation of a new strategy as his skill set includes academic and practical experience with those issues.

Chad and I have worked on various research projects together in the last 20 years. Chad is an ideas person -- creative, innovative and enthusiastic. He has excellent people skills which allow him to bring together many types of people within an organization to get goals accomplished.
