This role requires me to keep a correct record of customer's grain balances throughout the Northwest region of Premier Cooperative. I am also responsible daily for carrying out transactions such as entry of purchase contracts and grain settlements, running analytical reports, as well as applying A/R. My in depth knowledge of delivering superb customer service experience allows me to be successful in working with farmers daily to maintain their account statuses and retain long term professional relationships.
