      Established the agency's fund development division as a fundraising strategist. Provided strategic direction and operational support to organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph and Blue Door Shelters in East Gwillimbury. Of particular note, led the full management for three capital campaigns from feasibility study through to crossing the finish line, including recruiting and coaching volunteer campaign cabinets:- Raised $4M to build Ontario’s first barrier-free park for kids of all abilities (Marydale Park with the Catholic Youth Organization, Hamilton).- Raised $500,000 to purchase the first fully owned transitional home for vulnerable women and their children (Couchiching Jubilee House, Orillia).- Raised $1.5M to restore one of Canada’s national historic sites (Church of Our Lady Immaculate, Guelph). Foundational experience developing major gift strategy, organizational capacity building, designing and leading government relations, mass communications and event management.
