Managing lost and found inventory for events of up to 12,000 guests. Creating and organizing procedures and step by step walk-throughs in binders for every task included in the job.   Part-time role during college working up to 30 hours a week as a full-time student working on campus at the central receiving warehouse handling all mail and large packages for the University. Duties included maintaining the 10 thousand square foot warehouse, processing and scanning up to 300 packages a day while working with large scale mail companies such as UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. As well as several different freight liners as well for coordinating large scale item deliveries. Managed two separate campus routes with over 150 delivery locations throughout campus. Handled customer service questions and assistance through the use of phone and email for over 5,000 different campus faculty and staff members. Certified fork-lift driver and commercial truck driver driving inside the warehouse as well as around the busy campus. Managing and processing PO’s for large ticket items and working with the campus Purchasing department. Route driver for one half of all the stops on campus during any given day. Managed a shop inventory in the warehouse for facility and maintenance crew foreman with several hundred items and parts. Off-campus parts runner for working directly with whole-sale commercial businesses for specific job orders for plumbers, HVAC, welders, mechanics, electricians, locksmiths, and maintenance craftsmen.
