Annie specializes in providing fun stress relief Laughter Sessions for people in the helping professions and caregivers. Annie's enthusiasm and creativity spark connection and joy in any group. Annie founded the Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club in 2007, featured in Oakland Magazine and on CBS’s Bay Sunday. She has led Laughter Yoga sessions for businesses and organizations such as Genentech, National Cornerstone Healthcare Services, the City of Oakland Department of Human Services, Women Presidents Organization, and the Office of Campus Life, University of California at Santa Cruz. Annie integrates Laughter Yoga into her coaching practice, facilatating groups and individuals to break through to fresh perspectives and joyful empowerment.
