I have known Candace for approx 18 years now. I met her when I was hired at LRP Publications in Palm Beach Gardens FL, she was my manager for 2 years and we have remained friends. She was the Executive Editor of this broad based media company with two industry leading magazines as well as hundreds of newsletters, books, videos, eCourses, and case reporters in the fields. Candace was one of two leaders on the editorial side of the house and had several Directors, Managers and editors reporting to her and looking to her for guidance. She delivered. Extremely loyal, she was always approachable but yet extremely productive and efficient. She knew how to hire good, dedicated people and it showed, rarely was there any staff turn over. She made her staff feel like they were working with her, not for her. If someone did something out of line, she had a private conversation behind closed doors with them, never belittling in public. She was a key stake holder at LRP and was admired and respected by all. I would highly recommend Candace Gallo to any well-deserving company.

I had the privilege to work for Candace for nearly seven years. She is an outstanding leader who demands excellence while encouraging those around her to take ownership and pride in the work that they do. She is smart, witty and a great team builder. Because of her innate ability to lead through encouragement, she gets the most out of her staff. I would have run through a wall for her.
