While working at Colby & Co. I learned a great deal about client relationships and government relations from Sarah. Being the direct manager, she made sure to always keep me busy with meaningful work and projects that I could learn and grow from. Sarah allowed me to work on things that I enjoyed, while also introducing me to topics and work that I may not have known I would like before. She always made me feel like an important member of the team, asking my insight and thoughts on various projects and clients. Outside of the office Sarah also was a great friend, and I enjoyed getting to know her outside of the workplace as well.
