  • By March 31, 2017, the government organizational transformation of the ÁNTSZ OTH took place, my task was the IT management of transformation. • In cooperation with NISz Zrt, we established the IT support for the successor organizations, the Secretary of State responsible for the National Medical Officer Service's tasks (OTFHÁT) / 400 employee / and the National Public Health Institut (OKI) / 395 employee /. • We built new incident management processes; we started a new HelpDesk system (OTRS). • We have completed infrastructure and system audits to prepare for longer term maintenance and further development.   • In 2013-2015, one of the main tasks of the National Office for the Judiciary was the electronicization of customer relations. As IT manager of NOJ, I actively participated/led the management of the software development and the business analysis tasks. • We have renewed the national courts IT infrastructure, we built a modern reliable server background, for the 111 District Courts, for the 20 Regional Courts, for the 5 Regional Courts of Appeal and the for the Curia of Hungary. • We have replaced nearly 70 percent of the nationwide IT Workstations (11,000 IT • workstations) for modern devices (PC, Thin Client, Notebook) • We coordinated the application developement tasks in the EKOP EU sponsored development projects: o EKOP - "Csőd-Civil" o EKOP - "E-Cég" o EKOP - "Hírvivő" o EKOP - "Levelező" o EKOP - "Nyomtatócsere" o EKOP - "Ügyfélkapcsolatok" o EKOP - "Üzenő" projects. • The small number of NOJ IT Departments IT stuff, was strengthened with the involvement of the IT departments of the courts and established the coordination necessary for the implementation of national projects in order to implement the electronic court proceedings.   I led the IT department of the Metropolitan Court, witch is, the largest court in Central Europe, located in 14 buildings. • The IT Department main task was supporting 2600 judges and clerks work, creating and maintaining 2500-3000 IT workstations. • With the help of free software-based solutions – in times of global economic crisis, under the scarce budgetary framework -- judges were equipped with modern IT tools. • The implementation of free end opensource software was generated HUF 226,696,000 savings. (2003-2010) (Libre/Open/Star Office, Linux, Asterix, Moodle elearning). • We have built an ultra thin client infrastructure for the long-term maintainability.
