In my previous role as Director of Sales at Discover Holidays, I worked closely with Maddie for a year and a half and saw her quickly rise from Travel Designer to Quality Assurance Manager. Maddie's ability to listen well and guide her team members in decision making are a few of the key strengths she brought to her role. As Quality Assurance and Reservations Manager, Maddie coached and led the inside sales reservations team of 13 Travel Designers. She also expertly managed the customer service needs of our global travel trade partners and consumer customers. Maddie's strong communication skills along with her outstanding interpersonal skills, set her apart as a manger. Maddie was highly organized with a great eye for detail and would trouble shoot issues and find solutions quickly. She didn't hesitate to support her team and knew how to bring out and utilize their strengths. One of her other notable successes was the development and implementation of best practice guidelines for the company and she was instrumental at creating the company's social committee and encouraging a fun team culture. I'm very pleased to recommend Maddie as I know she would be a strong asset to any organization

I have worked with Maddie for 3 years at Discover Holidays and witnessed her move up into a leadership role quickly to become Quality Assurance and Reservations Manager. She’s the type of leader who keeps cool under pressure and jumps in with a creative solution to help solve a problem. Always contributing with a new idea, she has no problem understanding the needs of different departments and facilitating communication between. She’s professional with a positive attitude and always has a smile on her face! A dynamic and enthusiastic addition to any team.
