I worked indirectly with Ashley but helped her through some of her training at Verizon Wireless. What I found was her strong work ethic and leadership ability not only from her words but her actions. She is a fast learner and open to constructive feedback. One of my favorite attributes is how she is down to earth and always keep a smile on her face. She is definitely somebody who is destined for bigger and better things.
