Stuti is a strong leader and collaborator in the design space! During our time together at Imprivata, Stuti supported two teams of engineers and a product manager. She took large lists of business requirements, technical restraints, and advocated for user needs in her work. Stuti has done extensive user research to support patient-focused products, and always provided valuable insights from research efforts to all involved in the project. When it comes to design, Stuti makes well-informed wireframes and prototypes that are iterated on after feedback and input from engineers, product manager, and the design team during review sessions. Stuti is a designer who goes above and beyond, and any team would be lucky to have her!

Stuti has gone above and beyond for her scrum teams and design team. She is incredibly supportive of her teammates, and always advocates for the user. I’ve seen her transform a complex legacy product into a modern and clean interface for a variety of end users through multiple rounds of usability testing and on-site customer visits. Even under difficult (covid) restraints she has found a way to conduct safe usability testing involving biometric authentication hardware. Not to mention her design documentation is thorough, clean, and easy to understand. She would be an incredible asset to any team.

I iteratively designed iOS, android, and web experiences for STYFI - a fashion eCommerce platform. As a key member of the product redesign team, I helped identify gaps in the existing experience by conducting field research, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations; and presented quick design iterations rooted in human factor principles to improve the usability of the product. My responsibilities included: - Conducting heuristic evaluations on the current version of STYFI - Conducting exploratory research to inform design decisions - Analyzing research to build personas and create journey maps in alliance with the marketing team - Iterative interaction design for all platforms: translating conceptual ideas to wireframes for iOS, Android and web. - Creating the user flow with low and high fidelity prototypes using Sketch; and clickable prototypes using Mashable - Information architecture mapping for mobile app and website - Moderating usability tests with different design versions - Presenting concepts, prototypes and research findings to stakeholders and other teams Show less

I collaborated with Art Directors, Visual Designers and Client Servicing to develop print campaigns; and wrote copy for print and digital media to drive business objectives. I drew insights by understanding the psyche of the target audience and used relevant tone of voice that also mirrored the brand identity to effectively communicate with the target audience.
