Nidhi worked for me as a co-op within one of Pfizer's clinical manufacturing facilities. During her term, Nidhi showed her skills in gathering business requirements and assessing for technological solutions. Some of examples of the projects she worked on include data warehouse planning, business intelligence report creation, and analysis of technical tools to meet business needs. Additionally, she quickly learned a new data visualization tool and was able to effectively use her skills to build reports which contributed significant value to the business during Covid-19 when many were forced to work remotely. Nidhi also brought a wealth of technical background which she was able to communicate to business stakeholders in understandable terms.
