The Tina Nenadic Team is a team of seven, three real estate sales agents, and four administration and support staff. The team operates out of Harcourts Robina/Varsity Lakes, which is an office of approximately 20 staff, including The Tina Nenadic Team. Tina is a highly successful real estate agent, being named within the top one percent of agents (based on net value sold) in Queensland on a number of occasions. As an administration and support person within the team my responsibilities are broad and encompass everything from personal assistant duties such as booking meetings and following up client enquiries to engaging with clients while I assist at property inspections. Whilst my responsibilities are broad, my niche area of expertise is within digital media and social media marketing. I am responsible for managing and coordinating all digital and social media marketing within the team and consult on digital marketing for the office. Further, I am involved in the planning and execution of community engagement events such as family movie nights, community barbeques, and our annual Easter egg hunt.

My duties and responsibilities at both stores were very similar. My main responsibilities were: meeting sales KPIs, converting customer enquiries to sales, closing sales, maintenance of store appearance and cleanliness, attending to photographic development laboratory, and inventory control including stock take and developing and implementing internal controls for inventory on hand.
