My responsibilities include assisting with the testing of various emails. Over the past two years, I have stepped up and filled the role as proofreader. All communications that go out to subscribers — promotions, dedicated emails, articles, trade alerts, reports or lift letters — go past me for proofing. I also take the lead on all the premium reports that we have created for the various services, overseeing their regular updates. I also help to head up the training of new hires for the editorial department.
