Leading the design team for nearly 5 years, my responsibilities as the design lead at Label A consisted of coaching and managing the team, co-creating the vision of where design for the company is headed, and establishing the design direction with each project. Next to my Lead Design role I'm specialized in User Interface (UI) design and User Experience (UX) for native apps, web applications and websites for mobile and desktop. From thinking of concepts, user stories, flows and wireframes to the visual design, documented in design systems and crafted in prototypes. In my time at Label A I also led several projects as a project lead/manager working with SCRUM in an Agile work environment.
