Leadership coaching with Jeanne is so powerful! Recently, I was feeling overwhelmed with all my responsibilities – both personally and professionally – and I just was not motivated. Who hasn’t been there? Jeanne was able to help me clear through what was really causing me to feel overwhelmed. We did something that might sound counterintuitive – we scaled back all my responsibilities and made a plan for what I would definitely do, what I could do if I had the time and motivation, and what I would do to take care of myself throughout the process so I didn’t burn myself out. Jeanne listened and asked insightful questions that helped me reflect and clear out the negativity I was feeling. I was able to quickly make a plan that I could feel good about it. All week, I found myself easily completing items on my must-do and could-do lists, adding and finishing new tasks, and savoring the little activities I did just for me. I ended up accomplishing so much more than I had thought possible. Jeanne helped me reclaim my power and find my own magic again. It was very important when starting our companywide mentoring program that attention was directed at the program’s structure, participant experience and overall value.
