Adam is a "can do" engineer with an impressive range of expertise across systems, network, and security areas. He's an exceptional problem-solver and excels at complex challenges. He's also a great person to work with. Adam would be a valuable asset to any technical team.

I've had the privilege of working with Adam over the past several months. His enthusiasm for problem solving and "can-do" attitude is a great strength and makes it a pleasure to work with Adam.

At Virtual C we work with companies to continually manage their IT strategy. Our goal is to create a resource that offers up trusted technical advice without the expensive overhead of a full time Chief Information Officer (CIO). A key component to our organization's strategy is that we do not resell any other services. This allows us to be completely objective when advising strategy. Our process is simple. We work with the CEO as a partner to determine what opportunities need prioritized. Following this is a proposed plan for adoption. Finally, upon adoption we follow through on the projects guiding them to completion and continually working with the company to be proactive on further opportunities. Some examples of projects are; under performing service providers, Cloud migration, Budget review, management coaching and business process improvement. Show less

Third tier escalation, triage and response for Nelnet. In this position I was part of a team whose main responsibility is the sustainability of IT Operations. We devised strategy to reduce downtime and coordinated triage remediation across multiple states and hundreds of developers and engineers. The team was heavily involved in all aspects of operations at Nelnet and was required to have a very broad understanding of networking, Operations, and Change management.
