Alyssa was amazing to work with. From the moment she started working with our group, she added immense value. She was responsive and knowledgeable about any questions we had around many different facets of her work. She proactively connected with different individuals across a national team to suggest and move forward creative solutions and implement strategy. She identified processes that could be improved and sought input on how to make realistic changes while bringing creative ideas of her own to the table. Her thinking was always top-notch and helpful. On top off adding value to the team, she was a wonderfully upbeat and connectible person to work with. It was a pleasure to have Alyssa on our team.

Alyssa has been an asset to our team since joining earlier this Spring. She has produced thoughtful analysis and insights in boosting our admissions and recruiting effectiveness in multiple facets. She constantly goes above and beyond, collaborating with various teams internally, leading nuanced discussions and ultimately driving results daily. Alyssa is not in anyway dismayed by huge challenges but rather strategic and steadfast in her response to them. She's always pondering of ways to be more efficient and takes initiative often but with great care. I am continually impressed by the superb work she puts forward, in addition to feeling so lucky to have her on our team!

As a member of the Southern Region team, my responsibilities spanned seven EP sites: Washington, DC, Memphis, Nashville, New Orleans, Dallas, Houston, and Austin. I supported strategic planning initiatives, candidate selection and placement, and data-driven improvements to a variety of national and regional processes. About Education Pioneers Education needs great leaders. Education Pioneers finds and supports exceptional leaders and connects them with education organizations that need them. EP aims to increase the talent supply of top leaders in education to improve the leadership capacity in key education organizations—such as school districts, charter school organizations, and nonprofits—and to advance their goal to make education the best led and managed sector in the U.S. Show less
