As the second-shift supervisor at Premiere Radio Networks, I had the pleasure to work with Ed for the years he was assigned to my shift. Ed is as dependable and technically proficient as they come. He comes in ready to work every day, and puts maximum effort into his job. Beyond his technical ability, Ed is a pleasure to work with. He's used to working under extreme pressure and is quick to troubleshoot virtually any situation. His brightness brings out his curiosity, and I always found him to be a sponge when it came to learning new things or soliciting opinions about how to approach various tasks. Ed is one of those people who grows into a job and then expands the capacity of that position, bringing tremendous added value to any organization. Ed is not only a talented producer, but his innate intelligence informs both his work and his desire to consistently improve his performance. In an environment where format restrictions allowed for little lateral movement in innovating products, Ed and I worked together to find ways to press those other boundaries in creating ear-catching work. As our work in packaging entertainment, music, sports, national, international and weird news was syndicated to more than a thousand radio stations, we received positive feedback both in word and in the utility our items received.
