Lots of folks have, or can develop, skills. However, not everyone knows how to put in the time and effort to build skills so as to get jobs done in a timely fashion and while also getting them done properly. Kevin does, bringing a pleasant, thorough, and relentless drive to get his work across the finish line with quality despite challenges along the way. I also want to point out his flexibility. Software development and clients bring plenty of variables to the table. Kevin demonstrated, multiple times, the ability to pivot gracefully between demanding priorities as needed and, again, to do so in a pleasant and thorough manner.
