When I was looking for career advice, Lola was recommended to me by a mutual contact and I'm so glad that she was. Before we started working together, my assumption was that she would simply give me that silver bullet advice to make the 'right' career change, but her approach to coaching with lots of great self-reflection exercises made me realise that only I have the power and means to make the change - Lola's there to offer expert guidance and support throughout the process, ultimately making the process so much more valuable to me than I could've expected. I would highly recommend Lola to anyone else who's hit an impasse in their career and is thinking about a change of direction, but they're not sure how to work out what the best next step(s) could be.

I was introduced to Lola by a friend last year when I was considering giving career coaching a try. After years in a career that wasn’t fulfilling, I was ready for a change. Working with Lola was a joy and while I wasn’t her usual client (as someone who didn’t know in which direction she wanted to go), Lola went above and beyond to ensure we cover topics that could benefit me. Not only was I able to discover what caused the issues I had been experiencing in earlier jobs, our sessions encouraged me to go deeper and, a few months later, allowed me to find my passion. I am now happily working on my new career and couldn’t be more grateful.

Lola is one of those people who have an innate ability to separate the wheat from the chaff. Cutting through the clutter of life, and identifying what really is important on a personal level, is quickly identified by Lola and you will leave the meeting being....guess what? You. And that's more than what we could ever want to be.
