It is my pleasure to recommend Rachel Hardy. For the past one and a half years, I have been working with Rachel at the head offices of Sunswept Resorts. During this time, she covered the revenue management for the group. Rachel is a well-versed professional with a lot of experience. Her many years in this field clearly enable her to make great decisions for the company. She is a seasoned expert in revenue management, which has proven to be a cornerstone, specially for the successful expansion into the North American market. One of Rachel's most outstanding qualities is her ability to break the most complex problems down to the core issues, and then finding smart and systematic solutions. Given a very tough situation in the Caribbean sales market with strong competition from Mexico, it was a challenge to meet the targets set by our headquarters. Nonetheless, Rachel managed to exceed the targets and increase ADR and total revenue for the group. I would like to thank Rachel for her superior work.
