I had the pleasure of working with Mallary the past 2 years as our company’s Quality Manager Representative. Mallary was always willing to take time to listen to any questions or concerns we employees had from a quality standpoint, even though she was busy. She show cased her knowledge time and again by directing us to the appropriate Standard of Operations Procedures to help answer questions appropriately. If she did not know the answer, she would find the answer we needed through proper channels. There were times that were stressful and busy within our center. Mallary always showed composure and acted professionally. She always remained optimistic and positive through out the stressful times. I would highly recommend Mallary because she is dependable and a great asset to any company. She works hard and seeks knowledge for knowing how to fulfill her current position’s responsibilities to the best of her abilities. Mallary is also approachable and willing to help where she is able to do so.

Mallary has lead Six Sigma projects to solve complex problems in Quality and Operations while encouraging team member engagement from multiple organizational levels.
