I've been acquainted to Julian through Toastmasters program firstly by attending UNIRAZAK's Table Topic Contest in 2008. From there on, Julian's participation in Toastmasters became concrete till today. He was the First and Only Toastmaster in UNIRAZAK Toastmasters Club (TMC) to achieve the President Distinguished status in 2008-2009. In 2009-2010, Julian was nominated as the Area Governor (AG) for several TMC and had achieved the Distinguished Area target the same year. He had served in various roles including as a Judge, Chief Judge and Evaluator in other TM contest and is still actively involved in the District 51 TM scene as the photographer and videographer in Division B even though he is based in Singapore. And so they say, "His untiring passion in photography and Toastmastery is in his blood"...
