Shawn is one of the most calm, cool-headed diplomatic department leads I've had the pleasure of working with. He knew just the right amount of management to give his team that allowed them to mature and grow with new responsibilities. He also was the type of leader that wasn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and get in the trenches with his team when the volume of work called for it. He was a true partner to our vendors always keeping our relationships candid and transparent. His team respects him as he often stood up for their workload, making their value known within the company and approaching things with a can do attitude. He's a believe in communication is the key to pulling off anything. Shawn also has a passion for understanding the work. He never let's his knowledge of the technology, tools and vendor capabilities get away from him. I think this is why he was viewed as such a knowledgeable resource that anyone could feel comfortable approaching. Any company would be lucky to have Shawn as a team member and leading teams.
