Jonas Meissner
Zoee was my classmate during our education. I worked with him on several group assignments and projects. I have also continued to work with him several times after graduation at a consultant company and on personal projects we share. He is amongst the best developers I have ever worked with and it's a delight to have him as a co-worker. He has already an enormous understanding of coding and excels in most techniques you would encounter during development. He is very humble and gladly shares his knowledge if someone on the team would need help. He has little problems adapting to new web techniques/frameworks and goes from reading the official documentation to implementing it into the current project faster than most coders I know. Personally he's a very kind and relaxed person and I have trouble thinking that anyone wouldn't like working with Zoee.

As lead developer I am in charge of all coding as well as deciding which technologies suit our needs best. Day to day my main role is game developer and I spend most of my time writing C# code. Our game engine of choice is Unity and I have become rather proficient at it. Being a small studio I get to work with a variety of other things also including graphic design, music and sound production, video editing, social media and more. I was hired as a full stack developer and worked on a large Ruby on Rails project. Apart from coding on pretty much all levels of their web platform I also spent most of the time serving as Scrum Master of my team. We later moved over to Kanban which we found a bit less process heavy than Scrum. We where given lots of freedom and spent most of our time doing pair programming and using TDD. The last year or so I had the pleasure of being involved in the move toward more modern frontend technologies like ES6, React and Redux which was a lot of fun.
