I had the please of managing Ali at Blend, where she successfully owned taking our new product from 0-1, driving product discovery, strategy, pricing and GTM efforts. Her product management expertise and drive for excellence is second to none. Ali is also a strong a team player, and knows how to lead, motivate, and collaborate with her PMM, design, analytics and engineering teams to deliver exceptional product. Ali joined the Search team via the APM program, quickly demonstrated value, and was selected & promoted to be a PM in the team. She handled a tough assignment in a very challenging year - in which she had to work remotely - with resilience and grace. She demonstrated an ability to learn, to work with various stakeholders at all levels, and to guide her team with well articulated roadmaps very well.
