  Created and implemented The Performing Arts School @ bergenPAC. Within my scope of work, I Oversee all educational components of the facility including children's programming, Kidz Cabaret, partnerships and outreach. I lead a team of over 40 employees ranging from education associates, teaching artists, administrative staff to off site partners. In my tenure at bergenPAC, our team has elevated enrollment from 100 students in 2010 to over 800 students in 2017. Our partnerships have grown from 2 schools in 2010 to 90 schools in 2017. In addition to the educational work, I have always been committed to bringing my culture to the bergenPAC. This is why in 2014 we began programming "big name" hispanic acts. We started with Victor Manuel and since we have added El Gran Combo, Jerry Rivera, Grupo Niche, Sylvester Dangond, and Willy Chirino. I believe you are as good as your team and at bergenPAC, we have the best team! The bergenPAC is a not for profit, 1,300 seat Performing Arts Center in Englewood, NJ.
