• Developing and implementing organization-wide Learning & Development strategy. • Driving strategy development of the onboarding program to successfully meet corporate, city, training and communication needs. • Identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at the institutional level. • Conceptualizing innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity building needs identified, including identification of external training programs, the design and delivery of in-house training sessions, enrolment in online learning programs, mentoring, self-learning, and other learning vehicles. • Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods used; making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate. • Tracking LMS performance and engagement, L&D related data and generating regular MIS reports. • Maintaining a keen understanding of learning & development trends, developments and best practices. • Driving the strategy, implementation and measurement of programs, measuring program success, and creating new onboarding courses and materials. • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to implement automation and best practices related to driver testing and onboarding. • Gathering and analyzing data on driver onboarding experiences to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements. • Proactively enhancing all aspects of the driver onboarding experience. • Maximizing the driver lifetime value by encouraging consistent retraining and learning. • Developing procedures regarding orientation and onboarding processes for Champions including training, onboarding, documentation and policies.
