  I was a key member of the team at Bill Charles London. An agency created by the sometimes genius, often maverick agent, Bill Charles. He had formed a company based on representing the great and the good of the late 20th and early 21st Century fine art photographers like Stephen Shore, Jeff Mermelstein, Joel Sternfeld, Larry Sultan and bringing them into the commercial market. Bill Charles London was owned by Bill and David Birkitt and peaked in the mid 00's in London when we represented Magnum, Nadav Kander, Broomberg + Chanarin. It closed during the chaos of the financial crash in 2008/2009. My role was to run the London office and secure a client base here and in Europe. Show less

  I started at Z as a young student, finishing my MA and working part time. Over the years that followed I did everything you could possibly do from pulling tear sheets, doing portfolios, producing campaigns, editorials for the roster (Juergen Teller/Katie Grand/Phil Poynter/John Akehurst/Dana Lixenberg etc etc) and being at the end of a fax machine for anything and everything and everyone. I started at Z as a young student, finishing my MA and working part time.
