I initiated diverse projects, ranging from a $850K Woody Feedstock Aggregation Supply Pilot to laying the groundwork for a visionary 49-mile bike trail. By leveraging analytics, I crafted tailored marketing strategies and attracted significant investments, culminating in the creation of 300+ new jobs and over $700M in capital investments. To further bolster local economic development, I led the Central Sierra Broadband Roadmap. This involved securing a $500K grant, establishing a cross-jurisdictional broadband deployment strategy across five counties, and ensuring our region’s inclusion in 3 of the initial 18 California Broadband for All projects. My efforts also resulted in the organization of a pivotal Central Sierra Broadband Conference, fostering collaboration between various levels of government and stakeholders.
