In this capacity served as the Senior Leader overseeing all Hotel Operations and Sales and Marketing as well as operational oversight of the opening of new Brand Hotel Mousai, and the planning of openings in Riviera Maya and Los Cabos. Business Development focus on expanding TAFER as a management company for other entities above and beyond its own independently owned resorts and the creation of new Revenue Lines seeking integration of opportunities between the de-centralized multiple companies within the corporation. Selected Accomplishments: Joint oversight of the IT department as it related to company-wide innovation in PMS, POS, servicing CRM platform development, and Business Intelligence deployments throughout all divisions and companies. Member of the Board of Directors of Vacation Clubs, Board of Directors of the Parent Company, and senior liaison for the Hotel Operating company in its interrelation with Real Estate, Vacation Club Sales, and other operating companies. Within two years grew occupancy of existing resorts by 80%, ADR by 60% and 120% in operating profit. Focus on reorienting business mix resulting in 54% of Direct Revenues generated by web and call center bookings. Revamped team with key executive talent selection both in General Managers and Director of Sales, 90 % retained and or with growth within the company. Led the Brand DNA definition for the crown jewel of the company’s resorts; Hotel Mousai, oversaw all talent selection, training and eventually opening the resort as a AAA Five Diamond resort, the first in the state of Jalisco, Mexico; one out of sixteen in Mexico; and the fastest one to receive it in the history of AAA, 3 months after opening.
