Recruitment: -Improved employee satisfaction and professional engagement by increasing employee appreciation through monthly rewards, trivia, divisional lunches, seasonal activities, etc. -Managed the logistics for annual 2-day training with guest speakers, state trainings, hands on experiences, and giveaways for 90+ employees to ensure state requirements of employee learning and development are met. Worked with executive team to target weakness areas and improve operations based on survey responses – created new website, improved communications with external stakeholders, increased community engagement and alliances. -Worked with the Alliance for the Betterment of Citizens with Disabilities (ABCD) to create a handbook in a quick turnaround, outlining the responsibilities and requirements of a Direct Support Professional. Handbook is used as a template for member agencies throughout New Jersey. -Collaborated with a group of Monmouth University students (Info Tech class) to create a new program website.
