      Now Frame It is a website that helps people to get their photos off their phones, tablets and computers and into frames quickly and easily. I worked with them on social media campaign, focused on Instagram, in the run up to Mother's Day. The campaign was a brand awareness campaign that used targeted social media influencers to help to raise awareness of this small start up in a busy market place. The overall campaign included: - Development of a campaign plan and associated hashtag that was targeted at a 'Mum' audience- Development of a content plan for the campaign using targeted curated and created content- Sourcing and liaising with seven targeted influencers who promoted the campaign across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter - Using scheduling tools to push out content at optimum times for our audience - Engaging with key influencers to increase reach and awareness In summary, the campaign resulted in an impressive engagement rate of almost 5% on Instagram and a 25% increase in followers across the 3 week campaign. There was a 650% increase in impressions across the campaign period and a 110% increase in the reach. Facebook and Twitter were run as secondary channels due to budget but we still had a great response on both channels and a huge increase of traffic to the website during the campaign period. Even though this was a long-term awareness campaign, sales of frames increased by 800%.

      Social Media Marketing: Associate Programme As part of a 6-month course I worked with a company hiring out their luxury, self-catering barns in Norfolk called Mill Farm Eco Barn (http://www.millfarm-ecobarn.co.uk) based in Norfolk. I designed and developed a strategic social media B2C brand awareness campaign across their Twitter, Instagram and Facebook channels at the same time as training with Digital Mums Live Learning programme to develop the skills needed to become a freelance social media manager. The overall campaign included: - Developing an awareness campaign using the hook #MillFarmMemories to engage past, present and future visitors to the barns - Developing user personas in order to be able to target our audience effectively - Developing a content strategy that included a mix of curated and created content relevant to the brand and target audience - Identifying influencers and finding relevant content - Using scheduling tools to push out content at key times of the day - Building relationships with bloggers to develop content and increase awareness of the campaign - Running a competition to win a weekend stay at the Eco Barn, which generated over 300 entries across Twitter and Instagram - Reporting weekly metrics to the client In summary, the campaign resulted in an amazing 43, 321% increase in Twitter impressions, an 85% increase in Twitter followers, an increase of 3,880% in weekly comments on Instagram and an 816% increase in Instagram followers. For Facebook, which was run as a tertiary channel, we still had 100% increase in weekly shares and an 821% increase in post reach. Consequently, there was a huge uplift in visits to the client’s site - Facebook by 6,200%, Instagram by 7,500% and Twitter by 3,800% - and the client has already taken a booking worth over £600 from a recent Twitter follower.
