I worked with Dr. Murdock as a part of the UTMB Texas Medicaid Waiver team where she served in a leading role to determine UTMB’s strategic direction as the anchor for Region 2 and in the planning of new UTMB delivery system reform project initiatives. Dr. Murdock is very straightforward in her approach and I found her to be particularly knowledgeable about Medicaid in general and the financial intricacies of the waiver transactions. She is a team player and very passionate about healthcare. I would recommend her.

Dr. Sandra Murdock provides all the best attributes of an effective leader. Her commitment to the organization's mission/vision is vital to building consensus. Her integrity and candor ensure that decisions are made with objectivity and fairness. Her humor lightens the hard work of getting the job done for everyone involved. Sandy applies her considerable talent to every task she undertakes.
