Served as the Administrator and Chief Business Officer with P/L responsibility for cardiovascular surgery which included cardiac surgery, vascular surgery and cardiothoracic transplant. Improved coding and charge capture. Established cardiovascular surgery network across the other Methodist System Hospitals. Member of the Debakey Heart and Vascular Institute, a prominent service line for the system. Rejoined the system as the Interim Administrator for Neurosurgery while a national recruitment occurred (2014) and then as the Administrator for the Methodist Cancer Center (July 2014-October 2016) to construct the System Cancer Plan and the EMR conversion to EPIC.
