Improved coding and charge capture. Established cardiovascular surgery network across the other Methodist System Hospitals. Member of the Debakey Heart and Vascular Institute, a prominent service line for the system. Rejoined the system as the Interim Administrator for Neurosurgery while a national recruitment occurred (2014) and then as the Administrator for the Methodist Cancer Center (July 2014-October 2016) to construct the System Cancer Plan and the EMR conversion to EPIC.
