Ken was a tremendous asset to have on my team at Nestle. His ‘Art of the Possible’ thinking combined with his highly collaborative ‘team-first’ approach ensured he was always able to drive the best results with a highly engaged team. I would also point out Ken’s work ethic is second to none, when he is leading the charge you can be certain it will be done with the utmost care & efficiency while ensuring the best possible outcome. I would absolutely welcome the opportunity to work with Ken in future and would strongly recommend him for any future opportunities.

Ken’s best quality is how he works with others. We worked together for two years on the confectionery team and I can’t think of anyone I’ve worked with who collaborates better with teammates, including internal and external contributors. Ken has plenty of experience leading teams, but he brings a great attitude and strong work ethic to the table for every assignment because that’s just who he is. He’s a true collaborator in the sense that he has great ideas of his own but is equally able to listen and learn from others. Ken is also a phenomenal project manager and skilled at managing time and resources - additional qualities that set his teams up for success. I hope we will work together again and would not hesitate to join Ken’s team in the future!
