Mike is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and detail orientated. He is one of the first to suggest creative solutions that maintain work momentum without jeopardizing quality. When an immediate answer to a question cannot be produced, he would always say that he would look more into it and get back with either an answer, or someone who could provide an answer. He is always working on improving and innovating processes to increase his team's efficiency. Along with professionalism and expertise, Mike brings empathy, respect, and genuineness to every conversation he has with others. Furthermore, he helps inspire curiosity in others for fields outside of his own. It was a pleasure to work with Mike, and I know he will be an excellent addition to any team he is placed on in the future!
