I give time and expertise to numerous charitable and cancer related organizations through one-on-one coaching and group presentations. A breast cancer survivor since 1995, I seek to support those with similar diagnosis and/or other life-changing experiences. My goal is to assist others in moving from a place of fear, anxiety, and negativity during stressful situations toward a more positive and life enriching approach by use of very creative action steps.
