Responsibilities: - Leading recruitment team - Full-cycle recruiting process - Setting up and implementing all recruitment processes and policies from scratch - Implementation of the best practice in the recruitment process - Strategic planning and managing of the full-cycle recruitment process - Supporting recruiters in rapid resolution of escalation and emerging issues for process speedup - Cooperating with external recruiters about vacancies and referral candidates - Participating in negotiations with customers and pre-sale activities - Conducting research, monitoring, and analysis of the job market - Providing analytical reports and metrics - Coordinating program for trainee recruiters in the company
