Starting as an administrative assistant, I then worked within a task force for the organization of NITEC18 (NCI Agency Industry Conference and AFCEA TechNet International) where I managed the database of the conference’s stakeholders (reporters, speakers, local companies, universities, etc.). I monitored the conference website and improved it in terms of customer engagement using Google Analytics & AdWords. My role was to build the presence of Zerocopy in the city of Mons as the company extended the distribution of its services, free prints for students, from Brussels and Flanders to Wallonia. This meant seeking partnerships to create a network of “printing points” (local shops hosting the company’s printers), recruiting and managing a small team to run marketing campaigns in the city within an allocated yearly budget. In two years, the share of Zerocopy users coming from Mons increased from 0 to almost 10%. Show less
