Andy (Bozz), is a great asset to any web design team, and unlike a lot of web designers I've come across he's not in the habit of just creating a 'pretty' website, he also makes sure it's fit for purpose by researching competitors and looking at web design trends. As well as being fully adept at Photoshop and Fireworks for creating mock web layouts he's also technically proficient at transferring these into clean html and css.
