I had the pleasure of working with Ivan at Novartis. In his role he had to design the solution and the customer interaction for the Transfer of Value reporting as well as the integrity and compliance reporting in order to optimize the customer experience and maximize value. He managed the many accountabilities of this role extremely well. He designed the End User Service Model with the interaction across the various IT functions (help desk, commercial, finance). He brought in his technical expertise to develop the solution from ETL to advanced user-interface technology, taking into account human design considerations and providing information about requirements, needs, fatigue, ergonomics and usability of interfaces. He also collaborated well with external service partners. I wish him all the best for his professional future.
