Interim Executive Director

Jun 2012 - Jul 2014
At the Financial Women's Association of New York (FWA) I drove a reorganization following the retirement of the former Executive Director. Founded in 1956 the FWA is the premiere organization for women in serving all aspects of the financial community. I set a new strategic plan that included an IT upgrade to place the entire operation in the cloud, updated the membership software to improve member engagement to broaden the FWA's commitment to social media and new online community objectives. I refocused the PR and Fundraiser initiative, The Women of Year Awards and created more robust opportunities for our Fortune 500 sponsors. Launched their new website www.fwa.org. Show less
