Philip Vercruysse, CEO & founder of Group Entropia in Belgium & The Netherlands, started the company in 1990 and gradually shifted his activities from semi professional to professional radio communication market for logistics and security companies. At the age of 12, Philip Vercruysse had already acquired his first transmitter-receiver, and after "playing with RF" it quickly became clear that he had been "infected with the RF bug". After the successful completion of a home-made receiver and obtaining his radio amateur license in the early eighties, his future became quickly apparent.
