  I had the opportunity to follow many techniques and to join the team during in vivo experiments as well. I gained experience in brain tissue preparation, immunohistochemistry, and imaging of the sections under confocal microscopy. I also attend western blotting experiments that were conducted to define alterations in brain-related proteins in various experimental models of neurodegenerative diseases. I was alredy doing my internship studies in an epilepsy-related project in Sweden and fortunately, I could join the team to run in vivo experiments in the context of an epilepsy project. Show less
