What i can tell from the Agile mindset perspective is that Adal is100% Agalistic Engineer- dedication, openness, strive to know more, hands-on approach, commitment, respect to everyones opinion, mentoring and even coaching skills, huge willingness to help everyone out, that and more can describe Adal's way of working. In the time of crisis he can reunion and inspire the entire team and help them to focus on goal. In the time of planning, he encourage to be bold, think out of the box and experiment. During the work he is trying to do the best job, so the quality of his work is always remarkable. His on-boarding process went so fast thanks to his commitment that basically became a mentor for another joiner. That type of Engineers all Scrum Master could only dream about, so I very much hope to work with him again somewhere in the future!!
