I've had the pleasure of working with BOB from 2016 trough 2018. Bjørn Ove has found the perfect mix between professional and FUN, something that has made it easy for me to come to him with everything from workplace challenges to stories about my late-night weekend endeavors. BOB has the ability to bring out the positive in the darkest situations, and does this with a calmness that is the holy grail for a top 1 percentile leader. He is also an excellent salesman, and one of the few people I have met who can turn an unsatisfied customer into an ambassador after one cup of coffee. In sales there is an unwritten rule that sais you are supposed to hate your sales manager, but BOB has made this VERY hard for us... Every salesman on BOBs team is geniunely sad to see him go, which tells alot in our line of business ;) Nevertheless I wish BOB the best of luck on his new path, and hope our roads will cross again in the future.
