Lawrence has always been willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to please both in-house co-workers as well as the clients that we service. Amazing attention to detail and leadership capabilities. Not afraid to take charge and lead a task in order to see it through to completion. Lawrence is an asset to any company that would have him as an employee.

During my entire time at RDX as a Jr. DBA, Lawrence was extremely knowledgeable and always ready and willing to help teach me the tricks of the SQL Server trade. The 1st Shift on the PMRC (Jr. DBA Team) was held together by Lawrence. Sr. level DBAs, management, and the entire Jr. DBA team on shift looked to him for assistance and guidance. He was repeatedly given projects and tasks that were completed with confidence and skill. All of his efforts paid off when he was promoted to Assistant Manager of the PMRC. This says something about his work ethic and competence. He got this solely on hard work and pure merit.
