As part of the client success team, I work directly with a portfolio of over 40 clients across three languages (English, French, Spanish) to help innovate and bring value with our technology. My role requires maintaining strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers within my clients' businesses. To ensure the success of my clients, I have to predict and prepare for any potential issues and react quickly, co-ordinating with relevant colleagues, to solve them when they do arise. In 2014, my retention rates for existing clients was 96%. My client base spans broadcasters, newspapers and political bodies across Europe and South America. I work with them to produce content and run campaigns that engage their audience across their digital channels. My responsibilities include: TRAINING Training newsrooms and content producers around the world how to use ScribbleLive's software and relevant real-time best practices. I run training in person or via webinar and in three different languages. I have helped build ScribbleLive's online training resources including courses, videos and blog posts. I have run bespoke training classes for clients including Al Jazeera, SVT, PwC and The Football League. CLIENT SUCCESS I run the day-to-day management of client accounts including SVT, France Television, PwC, Vocento and the European Commission. This involves encouraging use of the technology across different departments, supporting their editorial and technical teams and helping to build real-time strategies for important events. CONTENT I write the weekly ScribbleLive Spotlight blog that highlights innovative use of real-time technology across the industry as well as exciting case studies. I have also moderated live discussions about contemporary sports and politics reporting and second-screen usage with journalists from, among others, Sky Sports, ARD, CBC and NY Daily News. CONFERENCES AND PUBLIC SPEAKING I ran a public workshop in real-time journalism at the Global Editors Network in Paris and organised a stand at Les Assises de Journalisme à Metz. HIGHER EDUCATION I work with European universities who use our platform and have run bespoke classes for the journalism school at City University in London, the 'University of Applied Science Darmsadt/Dieburg and the Université de Lorraine in Metz.
