My role requires maintaining strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers within my clients' businesses. To ensure the success of my clients, I have to predict and prepare for any potential issues and react quickly, co-ordinating with relevant colleagues, to solve them when they do arise. In 2014, my retention rates for existing clients was 96%. My client base spans broadcasters, newspapers and political bodies across Europe and South America. I work with them to produce content and run campaigns that engage their audience across their digital channels.
